I have conquered the BEAST!!!!

Oh boy this morning was a wonderful morning!!!!  Some people arggg...welp were to begin....went to the school this morning dressed very casual mind you, got the usual look like ok just some average mother here...the VP said hello Mrs.so and so here,, I said Hello DR.H...amazing how the tone changes when you put a DR infront of your name LOL...anyway, she gives her schpell on policies and such I let her go on and on...when she is done I begin, I first ask to see the written policy for emergency situations for parking ...she shows me every one for parking but the one for emergency situations and protacol...I kept pushing for that one. Come to find out they dont have one...I suggested maybe you should impliment one, it was a joke. Anyway long story short, they lost, I won and nothing is on daughters record and that was my main goal and  I even left without leaving the VP in a bad mood. So Rachael should be ok thank goodness. AHHH all is well again in paradise LOL...atleast for now. 

YAAAAYYY!!!!!!  woo hoo! you go!  You know its intimidating facing a school board. You're my hero! you really kept to your guns! The whole thing was disgraceful I think. You're daughter had a medical problem she needed to take care of regardless. Period!!! they need to focus on the kids that truly need the dicipline. But like I said before... its too much like right... and might involve work. 'sigh' proud of ya!!! way to go!  :) 

Thank you Elizabeth...I do feel good...now Im just contemplating if I should submit the VP a bill for all the medicine I took this weekend for a major headache...naaah she couldnt handle that either.

I agree Nic....I refused to be intimidated, so I upped her one by adding DR infront of my name , just to show her I was at or above her level....didnt tell I was a DR of BSing lol...it worked out well. My daughter has always through out her school life said I was a dentist because I practiced General Dentistry in the VA., Fed Govt is more lieniate on what you can and cant do, but technically I only have a hygiene, cert. asst. and have my Xray licence, but hey what the school doesnt know doesnt hurt...hmm or could it? Maybe they should of asked for my policy on my education...just a thought
