We all could use alittlebit of positive refocusing...
1. with all the drama going on in my life right now I am VERY thankful that I have the most caring, loving husband by my side to support me and my children. They are his step children but to me he is their father , a very giving, loving man.
2.Im thankful that we have finally gotton above the curve finacially and can save more.
3. And finally with all the ups and downs...Im thankful that I know we will make it, tomorrow is another day and deep in my heart I know everything will turn out fine and I have a great support system with family and friends.
oh and one more to boot...my patio is almost done!!!! YEEEHA FINALLY!
So cheer up all.....not all is bad!
1. I'm grateful that I live in a country that allows me to voice my opinion, vote for the candidate of my choice and be an advocate for change. How lucky are we that we do not live in a country where women are not allowed to vote or a place that has no electoral process at all or a country where you are killed if you don't vote for the right candidate.
2. I'm blessed with a tremendous network of friends and family that are there when I need them.
3. I'm thankful for The Man who is willing to hold my hair when I puke, drive me from one doctor appointment after another and cook dinner, rub my back and put me to bed after a long day.
So Kim, what happened with the school?
I'm thankful for being alive.
i'm thankful for my family including the furry and feathered ones.
i'm thankful that i was able to throw away the bag of chocolate animal crackers after i ate 2 servings and dint' keep it cause then i might have eaten the whole bag.
can i complain a second? thankyou.
my 89 year old mother is driving me nuts. Ok so I'm thankful that I have a 89 year old mother who is healthy enough mentally and phsyically. but this whole policatial thing is driving a big old wedge right in the middle of our weekly telephon converstions.
let me start by saying I am not policatical. I know who I'll vote for and am happy with my decison. I feel entitled to my decision and respect others decisions. we are in american and we have been given that right to choose who we want.
so please anyone *****ads this do not put any more policical stuff into this posting than needs to be. it is a complaint about a controling mother who is driving me nuts!
my mother hated our current pres. she loved hillary. many stories about that! Anywho she was so upset when hillary lost. it involved depression and tears. she wasn't goign to vote at all. then the new VP choice came along. my mother loves the new one!to the point where she has changed her polical party. hey thats ok if you believe.
the part that is driving me nuts is that she didnt' change because of issues. she changed becasue the VP is a woman.
I will not go into detail about the conversations they are upsetting. and she refuses to change subjects when seh gets on her soap box.. My poor sister is living this nightmare and has had to walk mom out of restuarants and stores because she is hard of hearing so talks louder than needed. people are not always understanding about what that this little old lady is saying. she has gotten very rude lately.
Iknow its all because of the age that has helped me lately deal but I for one will be very glad when december comes.
thank you. no need to respond to any of this ranting. hey I feel great now that I've gotten it off my chest!
