Feeling Almost Human, Again& Ike

Hi All
 After a miserable couple of weeks, I am actaully feeling pretty good. Still have a little
pain in my Right Kidney area, but, nothing like I had last week. The miracle cure was
the 2 shots I got of antibiotics. They for sure worked better than the oral stuff.Which I
am still on, but at least I can function better. I am also down 8 lbs today and fast approaching the 230's again. Yippee!! 
Everyone have a great weekend & hope anyone on the gulf coast makes it through
Ike without too much loss.

      It good to here you are feeling better. Hang in there life will get better. Keep looking upward and onward. Boy that weight is getting harder for me to get it off I have stay about the same for a year now. I know I would feel better if I could get another 30 or 40 pounds off. Take Care   dianalee
