New Week Challenge
For anyone who wants to join me, I'm just going to start posting the new week's challeng on Monday morning - it's for me, to hold myself accountable for the week - I figure if I commit to you, I'm more likely to stick to what I say I'm going to do, and I invite you to join me. So MY challenge for this week is: to stay in the 140s (even if its 149 the whole week!) AND to work out for the entire hour every day on my lunch hour. I've really slacked off in that regard this whole year, so I want to get that back on track. How 'bout you? Connie, I'm thinking about you, hope you're feeling better! I'm here. Today was my first day back at work and it was a long one. I'm beat, but can't complain. When I've got the energy, I want to tell you guys the wls prejudice I experienced at the hospital. I was really not pleased at the reaction that medical personnel had when they found out I had wls.
In the meantime, I need a goal. In spite of my kitchen being ripped apart. In spite of living out of boxes, I'm going to set a goal of no fast food, no quick and easy high carb meals. I'm going to make sure I eat well with healthy food.

Hi everyone...ewww ewww ewww as I was beginning to type this right now...on the discovery channel they are showing a women who had a beehive hairdoo and left it that way along time and a blackwidow built a nest in it and had babies ewwwwww man thats gross Ide die. Im twitching thinking about it here ewww...oh anyway back to my post...hmm this weeks challenge....I think Im going to try a repeat...stay sane and continue to go to my classes...I went last night it was ok,,,sweated again like a pig...we did incorporate some light weights to our routine, I liked that, but my chest muscles are feeling it today...and we did alot of crunches which actually wasnt bad at all I rolled on those, maybe Ill loose my gut. Well I hope everyone has a good week, I am determined to have one myself...lets do a midweek checkin to make sure we all stay on task.
