I'm up and wide awake!!!
I woke up earier than I thought I would and I weighed and I've lost 2 more pounds sense yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!! 6 whole pounds this week! Now I'm back down to what I was last month. Ladies, white bread and whole wheat products of all kind and carbs ,are truly my enemy. This week proved what I already knew. Yesterday I had a piece of turkey sasuage and 5 meat skins and carb and sugar free jelly for breakfast, at lunch I had 5 meat skins 4 oz. tuna salad that I make with low fat mayo and pickle relish made with spenda and 2 slices of cantelope. For a snack when I got home from work I had 1/2 of an Atkins bar. Last night I had baked chicken and salad with walnuts, blueberries, tomato and all kinds of greens with light dressing, and at midnight I ate an Atkins bar. This is the way I ate most of the week except on Monday and Tuesday, when I was dealing with Charles being sick and I ate mostly protien bars. I feel 100% better today than I did last Sat. So girls let's do it again next week. I know my big weight loss week is over , but, I feel so much better about myself. Love ya, Judy
