Challenge
Ladies, it's midnight Friday night and I can't sleep , so I'm on the computer. I will not be up at 9 A.M. Sat. because if I can go to sleep the alarm clock will not be set in the morning! So I'm posting tonight. I met my goal this week!! NO sugar and low carbs. I've lost 4 pounds this week. My goal next week is NOT to gain it back. and add some light exercise. I hope all the rest of you met your goals. Love ya, Judy
God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.
Thats GREAT Judy...sleep well too LOL..........My challenge...welp I kept my sanity, Im good for another week. Ive somehow, dont ask me how lost 3 lbs...Ive tried to stay in a positive mind frame this week and I seem to be doing ok. I refuse to get in a funk...so Im going to keep busy. Ive pretty much have things straight here at home...got car back, son got HIMSELF a lawyer,and just being a good listener for my friend. I think we will all be ok,I hope.....and I also did my exercise, I think that is going to be good for me and my daughter, though I dont like it, I do feel better when Im done and it does take my mind off of things and gives me the feeling that I have accomplished something. So my goal for next week is to continue to stay positve and not get down...well weight wise down would be good!

Kimberly, my cashier at work comes in every morning and says "SMILE , SOMETHING GOOD IS GOING TO HAPPEN TODAY!!" I am always dragging in the morning because I don't sleep well. I get to work at 6 A.M. and Cindy gets there at 7 and if I will let her words really sink in , my day gets better immediately. So try it and see if it works for you. I hope the storm is not too bad at your house, keep up updated. Love ya, Judy
You two ladies are the rays of sunshine on this Board lately! Good for you both! My goal was to get and STAY in the 140s this week - and I did! I stayed at either 148 or 149 all week. This next week I'm going to not see 150 again, AND I'm going to exercise every day on my lunch hour, like I used to, I really need to punch that up again. Way to go, ladies! Maureen

I have been in severe pain most of the week, thought it was my back & now I believe it is one of my kidneys giving me fits. Going to the DR. today as it is very apparent that
it is not going away on its own. I have not had this much pain since my knee surgery a couple of years ago. Not fun.
I have been on a lot of advil & tylenol which has not helped the situation any & probably made it worse, but it was all that helped with some of the pain.
Somewhat better today, but going to the Doc anyway be fore the kidney shuts
down completely. Should have gone last week, but ya know the drill think it will
get better on its own. NOTTTTT this time.
Prayers for feeling better would be appreciated.
