Flu for 3 days/now backs out!!

Hi All
 It's been a rough weekend for me have had the flu bug for the past 3 days which I finally
feel better from, but now I have blown out one of the disks in my back it seems.. Don't
know how, just know that it hurts & not walking very good at the moment. Will check
back in later when I feel better.
