Pouch still works!!

Hi All O.K since I have been on the no sugar, low carb thing have found that the pouch does still work. I am eating much smaller amounts & feel fuller longer without the carbs, I know this is one of those DAH moments, but, I was sure all was broken. If you tell those carbs good-bye it will work like it is suppose to. The carbs tell our brains & the devil tells us it is o.k to eat more of them. NOTTTTTTT. I am down 5 lbs now & going down which is a good thing. Ladybug Marilyn

Which diet are you following? I'm currently on Day 3 of  the 5daypouchtest.com plan and I tell you those carbs are calling my name still!   It's been tough to hang in here but I've done it so far.
