Up Up and Away...

I don't know....sometimes I think the term addiction is very over used.  Women stay with abusive men, for the most part, because they don't know any better or think this is what they deserve.  This is not a matter of addiction, it's a matter of low self esteem, which is what I feel our friend Marilyn is a victim of.  There is a difference, also, between addiction and obsession.  As far as how Mariyn feels about the women, I'm not sure.  If this guy is a good talker, he can make his wife sound like she is the worst thing since Satan.  I don't understand, however, how Marilyn is trying to get her head above water financially, yet finds the money to drive hundreds of miles to see this loser.  I think she needs to work on her self esteem.  If you look back on other posts, she has a history of being with men who do not treat her the way she should be treated.  Marilyn needs to take care of herself, and she knows this, yet doesn't seem to be able to.  I feel she needs to raise her self esteem before she goes out and meets another man.
