Still down, but Not as Good!!
Hi All
Got thru Day #5 of the no sugar,no carbs, but did not do so good yesterday as I did have a candy bar.
So still down the 4 lbs
but not any more. Making SF Pudding now so I will stay away
from the candy bars. (hopefully) Still staying away from the\
bread & chips. So that is a good thing. So Reenie, don't beat
yourself up. We are not perfect by any means & still fight all
those battles together.
I was tired from bouncing back to work & just needed that candy bar.
Back to being good today.

Thats O. K. we all oopsed. as long as its not a continuous candy bar oops. those things are loaded with calories and fat. But hey, a one time deal wont hurt!!! It just may make you a little hungry all over again, but not too bad. Keep on truckin! and yep... stay away from the bread and pastsa! Hang in there you're doing great!!!
