My wls surgeon has not approved advil either, but I decided for OCCASIONAL USE, the liquid gels were less likely to sit in one spot to cause stomach problems and I try to just do those when I have to add something to Tylenol (or I exceed a reasonable dose). Before I got the antiseizure stuff Tegretol, I was taking everything I could find this last weekend just trying to survive the face pain, but that is under control for now. Thank God! Reenie, actually the caffiene in the M&Ms probably does place a small load on the liver... Joy
