moment of truth for the five day pouch people....
1 pound but i never really did it correctly. I'm GONNA THOUGH! 'sigh' when I DID do this not too long ago... I lost 8 pounds. So i'm not giving up and i didn't gain the 8 back! woo hoo! but I only lost 1 because i didn't do the mush foods the first 3 days or 2 days... whichever it was. I did protein only but overdid it this weekend because I oopsed and had fried chicken. 'gasp' stick a bucket of KFC in front of me and im bound by the evil clutches of crispy yummy skin and juicy chkn. OK I'm not helping!
today is a new day though.

OMG!!! i worked at a KFC--and we were allowed to eat!!!!!!!i was single and poor so that was my breakfast (coffee and rolls before they made biscuits--i'm talking 1973!!!!)and supper-then i didn't have to cook!!!!
oh you just don't know how hard it is to drive by them every day now- well- ya probly do!!!!
As of today 8 pounds lost.
I'm continuing it too. Not as strick as the first 5 days.
I'm writting everyting down. Keeping track of fluids, protein, all that stuff. staying away from carbs.
Little Pammy Pouch is doing her job. If I do the water load 15 minutes before I eat I'm full with a normal correct amount of food. I stay full longer with the protein stuff too.
The writting is helping me and makes me stop and think before I put something into my mouth. I'm also drinking low salt chicken bullion in between meals. Doing good snacks also.
It made me feel good to find out that Little Pammy Pouch is working. Up til doing this I wasn't sure. I wasn't perfect I had somethings that weren't on plan but nothing major. That was a head accomplishment!
Its all up to me. when the head is saying eat I need to not listen to it I need to follow the rules and stick with it. Until DR A does lobotomys its all up to me.
