DAY 5
YEAHHHHH its day 5....been a up and down week. I got on the scale this morning said I was down 7 lbs...Im amazed but hope it stays off. Today so far I had 2 protein drinks, and 3 chicken tenders I cooked up...they hit the spot and even filled me up. NOW...I have a confession to make but its good.....last night hmmm Ide say about 11:30pm I was in bed thinking about buttered popcorn. I wasnt hungry it was more just the thought. So you know what....I drug my lazy butt out of bed at about 11:45 went down stairs and made a big batch of butter popcorn. Now heres the good part...I swear on my mom and dad's life I looked at my work of art and said what the heck am I doing...I threw it all into the trash. Im not kidding...I didnt even taste it now thats UNREAL FOR ME.... I am still in amazement on that one lol...it smelt good but when I saw it I just didnt want it nomore. GO FIGURE...so thats my good confession...I grabbed a water and went back to bed. Today should be easy, now that I know I got some will power and not really craving anything...should make for an interesting day. Not quit as interesting as tonights going to be...hubby is coming home...LOL

WOW!!! You are my hero! I may have been able to throw it in the trash and even walked away from it and gotten back into bed - but the smell of the stuff would have kept me up all night until I was frickin loony and digging through the trash for every single lost kernel! And 7 lbs - good for you, Kimberly!!! M.
MIne hero too KIM! Yay!!! THats awesome!!! Inspires me. Been awol this weekend. Going to start the liquid thing tomorrow on a Monday. It feels right. Been hanging with the protein thing. Just lost like one pound. SOOO that could just be water. ANywho... gonna give the liquid thing another shot. Hopefully I can do it this time
