DAY 4!!!!!
YEAH its here....good foood today....I took shrimp and ground turkey out of the freezer last night so Ill be eating good today right now just sipping on my morning coffee, but already thinking about todays food plan. Pretty bad Ive come obcessed with what Im going to eat for the day...guess its good, Im more self concious on whats going into my mouth which I never did before. Hope it lasts.

MAN! I am having hunger issues. Just posted about it. I had eggs and a piece of suasage this morning because my hunger was so crazy. I'm still hungry. Go figure. I'm resisting. Sipping my coffee. I'll have protein only for lunch... my protein bar and maybe something like cottage cheese or something from downstairs or maybe just some tuna. yeah. Tuna is better I'm thinking. MAYBE. 'sigh' i don't know. last time i did this it wasn't hard at all for me and i lost 8 pounds! I don't know what the deal is this time around. I'm not gonna stop though. Protein only!

Connie...hmmm I guess my tip is for day one stay away from home and the fridge...go to bed early...not a great tip but thats what I did so I wouldnt eat everything. Day 2 SUCKED it was the hardest for me...I had a million protein ice shakes and cream soup...that kept me from eating but I did want to eat, just gotta get it in your head no food, not easy but drinking kept me from eating, I should have stock in toilet paper LOL...Day 3 no problem wasnt hungry at all...had those tuna melts in the recipe section and added oldbay seasoning...taste like a crabcake and was quite feeling, also hard boiled eggs and LOTS of protein shakes....I guess I would just say is get through day 1&2...just plain will power, drink ALOT...when your hungry DRINK, when you think your hungry DRINK...it stinks but it helps...down 4 lbs as of last night havent weighed yet today. I do feel pretty good today makes day 1 & 2 worth it....Good-Luck if I can think of anything Ill post it.

Reenie....go under my day 2 post schroll down to my second posting...I typed in exactly what I was eating, brands and all for you...also go to the site...5daypouchtest.com.....go to the plan section...it tells you everything,what,how much and when you can eat it...hope that helps. Good luck its not that bad....
OK today so far had me 1/2 cup of coffee 6 splendas,non dairy creamer I only had half cup cause I really didnt want the whole thing...surprise to me cause usually Im the coffee queen 4 cups min. And I dont even have a headache. I had my 2 flintstone vitamins, 1, 2 scooper glass of protein mix with 2 packs splenda,almond extract a capfull, lots of crushes ice and alittle water. Lunch was ok I cooked up ground turkey meat and added alittle salsa to it as I cooked it then when I put it on my dish I slap a piece of provolone cheese to melt on it...not bad but not great ...also a hardboiled egg with salt&pepper, It filled me up and I had small portions 4oz.?...now Im on my second protein drink just using strawberry extract instead of almond...not bad tasting. I find by typing this in here it makes me more disciplined on what Im eating...so maybe thats alittle tip to help everyone. Good Luck as usual and Ill update later.

sorry posting late was with the boyfriend...
so far things are going good wiht the boyfriend and the pouch test thingy. the first day I had the headache then the 2nd day was craving my carbs after that things went good. why? i dont know! but i' mdoing good. I'm sticking to it eating as much of my diet sugar free jello which is allowed!
maybe thats whats working for me. they said I can have as much of that as I want so i don't feel like its the last time i'll eat it for the night. if i want one cup i'll have it if i want 2 more i'll hav them too. makes me feel good. saturday morning i'm going to weigh and see if i'm down. i think i might have lost 2 pounds.
