I've rediscovered ice. not a big statement but ice has been helping me the past couple of days. still not having any pretzels. O I do think about them but the crunching ice is taking that craving away. i had an aweful headache the past couple of days i think its the withdrawal of carbs

The headache is most likely not only the carbs, but sugar too! Shold be better tomorrow if you can stay away from the stuff. I sure havent. Bad Day on this end. How was the earth quake? I heard about it on the news last night and wondered if you were near it.

Felt it, but no damage in San Diego. Was watching TV at the time. I said wow that was an earthquake & sure enough they came on the TV & said it was. Been trhu worse, for sure. It got my attention though. Welocme back to Calif. Ladybug Marilyn

OMG!!! i love ICE!!! i know its so bad for my teeth... but ever since i was pregnant with the little girl... i have craved ice and it never went away... neither did some of my pica where i crave the smell of chemicals like gasoline and all that. I keep telling the doctor that its really bad sometimes - the cravings - and they keep dismissing it. I'm taking my iron which i've heard that its lack of iron and then my multi vitamins... but man! anyways... i still loooove to crunch that ice. Elizabeth M

hahaha... there should be... i was in the hospital and had some of their ice and OMG!!! they have the BEST! ice on the face of this earth. its tiny and this smooshy crunch that is just perfect!!!! i could eat hospital ice all darn day!!!

hahaha isn't it a riot how the ice can just give us such a kick? I started using ice again the other night when I wanted to make myself an iced coffee at home. Once I started crunching the stuff forget it I was hooked again! My favorite ice place use to be Tim Hortons the donut place. OMG their ice was totaly awesome! It was like mini little tubes ooooo too bad tim went out of business in my area.

Oh my! I too am ADDICTED to snowcone ice and pretzels. LOVE them both!!!

Hi Jet, Oh man... you know i have been staring at the snow cones that is in the Mr. Frosty that comes by my house and was thinking... shoot if I go THERE I know there's no turning back because that ice looks so perfectly crunchy!!! Yum! Elizabeth M
