I never realized just how many carb things i ate without thinking one bit!
I miss my pretzels and I didnt usually eat more than 10 but the salt and the crunch I'm missing.
i'm liking sugar free jello (that is something I can eat alot of right?) geesh i'll need to write everything down and post it in the kitchen. That was something I'd not had in a long time. ooooo the nails will get nice and strong!
I've packed my lunch bag and am ready to roll!

Pamela, from what Ive reading and by asking others we can have all the jello we want, clear soups and some cream soups to take the edge off aswell. I think we'll be ok between that and protein milk shakes we should be good.
Everyone just remember to drink your water LOTS...from what Ive read thats the main key of feeling full and not feeling weak. Just remember the first days after surgery and try to live by that. Only 2 days of starvation we can do it!
