MY sleep problems are menopausal plus stress from the past 5 months. But I just read recently that B-5 &B-6 if low will cause sleep problems. Get a good b-complex & start taking it if you already don't. Like Joanie mentioned, I have also heard about the magnesium & zinc combo helping. Hope you can find what works. When I was working Graveyard if I got 3 hrs straight I was lucky. Now that I am back sleeping at night get about 5 solid before waking up. That is an improvement.; I stillwake up about 5:30 a.m. no matter what time I go to bed. Hope you can find something that helps. Ladybug Marilyn

I think the general synopsis is that we all have poor sleeping habits and could be caused by menopause. Additional B vitamins might help and it could also be related to circulation. A lot of us go to sleep then wake up after a few hours and have trouble getting back to sleep. We also need to look into taking Zinc and magnesium supplements. I have also been told to sleep with a pillow between the legs in the knee area so your back is straighter. That helps with the minor back ache for sure. Wishing you all the best and a healthful living. Martha
