EAT WHAT YOUR BODY WANTS. For me this means to stop even for a nano-second to consider the nutritional value of whatever it is I'm about to eat; to acknowledge whether or not it is good for my body before I eat it. Even if I acknowledge that it's bad for my body (crap food) and eat it anyway, I am holding myself accountable for making that decision - it's no longer an auto-pilot process of 'don't think, just eat' . EAT WHAT YOUR BODY WANTS. Our bodies do not want anything that doesn't fuel it, sustain it, keep it going, keep it healthy. It wants nutrition. Plain and simple. EAT WHAT YOUR BODY WANTS.
