EAT WHAT YOUR BODY WANTS. For me this means to stop even for a nano-second to consider the nutritional value of whatever it is I'm about to eat; to acknowledge whether or not it is good for my body before I eat it. Even if I acknowledge that it's bad for my body (crap food) and eat it anyway, I am holding myself accountable for making that decision - it's no longer an auto-pilot process of 'don't think, just eat' . EAT WHAT YOUR BODY WANTS. Our bodies do not want anything that doesn't fuel it, sustain it, keep it going, keep it healthy. It wants nutrition. Plain and simple. EAT WHAT YOUR BODY WANTS. See how this goes for you this week. Maureen

will give it a go. I know my body likes protein no sugar and no carbs. Thats me... even though my cravings are asking for jsut a little sugar...just a slice of toast with butter. still working on the 1st rule though. I'm doing pretty well with that! Elizabeth M

I get the weigh****chers multi grain bread and spray it with the spray butter, a little splenda and some cinnamon. it's not exactly french toast, but it works for me when I get that craving. Joanie

That sounds good. Do you fry it in a pan like french toast and then sprinkle it with the splenda & cinnamon?

No I toast it first and spray and sprinkle while it's still warm. Yum. And if you want to add some protein, add a little cottage cheese or ricotta cheese before you sprinkle. Joanie
