Day Three!!!!

Day Three - WELL! I weighed in this morning which is actually day four and I am down one more pound! so that makes 6 pounds gone since Monday! YAY! Ok. Doing good. Check this out... for all of you that like refried beans...they fill me up!!! I get the refried beans, shredded cheese, some sour cream and some salsa. Stir it up a little and it is SO GOOD and it actually fills me up! I'm shocked! Taco bell sells refried beans as a side if anyone is interested. I get 2 sides and a side of sour cream and it's filling! I wonder if it is because it is thick and maybe "sticks" around? pun intended there. I also learned if I use too much sour cream I DUMP!!! wooo hooo! I haven't dumped in like...forever! So thats even better. So I lower the sour cream and just dump a tiny bit, which totally kills my appetite. Anyways. The beans are good and maybe you might want to give it a go? I also bought cheese and beef sticks (slim jim) WATCH OUT THOUGH! they are 240 calories stick&cheese pack!!!! (2 servings in a stick 240 in all) they didn't have the nutrition label on the sticks so I looked on line and 240 calories for that little pack???!!! sheesh. BUT its like 14 grams of protein. 6 grams of fat. Not too worried about that fat. Not good, but its all protein. I haven't eaten any bread! I think that had been my total downfall. I also havent had any pasta. Also was my downfall. I bought sugar free chocolate yesterday but have not had any...thats for later when I loose about 10 pounds. Then I will allow the little sugar free chocoalte treat. Today I had a small beef barley soup. Now the barley is carby. But i got very little barley. I also have italian wedding soup - may eat that later. That also has a little pasta but not much. Mini Meatballs and spinach. (I got the to go hold in hand soups). only 90 calories each! Having my decaf coffee, still used a little squirt of cream...but the squirt is getting smaller!!! I also used one less packet of splenda. Down to 4 instead of 5. Also still tryign to eat only when hungry. I'm craving a bit now and will fight it until I get hungry again. (the soup was very small). Trying hard to get in tha****er. I'm struggling there. Welp, hugs everyone!!! Elizabeth M
