Checking in

I've read all your post and I'm praying for the ones that have ask for pray and I'm happy for those of you that are doing good. Happy late birthday to Maureen. I have not been on the computer much since Jean's trouble. She just called me and said they were through with the lithotrispy this morning. She is not sick at her stomach like she was the last time. That's the good news, the bad news is she has another stone in the other kidney. The one in the right kidney was 7.6 centimeters and the one in the left kidney is 7.4 . So, in two weeks when she gets over this , she'll have to have the other side done. They are going to put her in the hospital to do the next one becasue her blood pressure went so high and she had trouble breathing. Please keep her in your prayers. Love y'all, Judy

Thank you Elizabeth. This is so hard for me because there is only the two of us and I'm 8 years older than Jean and she's kind of like my kid. Neither one of us have kids. Our Mama died last year and times like this is when I really miss her, becasue she would always tell us everything was going to be alright and we believed her!! It's good to hear from you again. Aw Judy, so sorry to hear about your mothers passing. Kidney stones are painful. I had 3. I was SO sick I sat 8 hrs in the er and was bleeding! They left me in the er so long that I started to go septic (Not that they would admit that) but they kept me in the hospital for 3 darn days pumping antibiotics into my body intraveneously. So it was left unsaid since it was blatantly obvious they had waited to long to take me back there. They had to go in and blast mine. I couldn't pass it because of the infection. Nasty stuff! I thought I was having a miscarriage. it was similar to that pain. (I had a miscarrage once at 4 weeks). The docs sound like they are on top of things though. She will pull through alright. Try not to worry so much. One more procedure and she'll be good to go. You guys hang in there! She'll be ok Prayers are with you and your sis! ((hugs and more hugs!))
