worst day yesterday...

I emailed Beth (melting Mama) actually she and I know each other from way back before surgery our kiddos are about teh same age and we both nursed for ever... I have felt weird all day today slightly dizzy and vertigo if I move to fast... I am really trying to eat well and stay hydrated and honestly don't think that was my problem. I eat oatmeal quite often. off to look up that big word lol thanks for the help I was too spacy ofver the weekend to mae sense out of what i was reading! Nic
