The Pouch is Back and I'm Outta Here

Since I started the 3 meal deal, it seems that I'm able to eat less and less for each meal. I'm less and less hungry every day and the pouch seems to hold a little less each meal. Tonight I had about 3 ounces of steak and I was so full I was in pain. It was like the old days when I was praying for hurl. I didn't get my carb in because it just wouldn't fit. Thank you all so much for being there for me the last couple of days. It's been a horrible, horrible time and I don't think it's over yet. The dog is still next door and what I know for sure is that it can't live near me. I don't care whether they give it away, take it to a shelter or put it down, but it can't stay. I'm hoping that this doesn't end up being a legal battle. I'll be gone for the next several days. The Man is feeling bad for me and taking me away for a few days. I can't imagine what the adventure will be this time. Big Hugs to all of you, Connie

Hey Connie Just got caught up on what was going on with you & your cat & stuff. Very sorry you have had all that going on. Let that Man of yours treat you kind & for sure take you away from all of that for a few days. You have earned it, big time. Have fun, be safe & enjoy each other. Connie, I have told all my animal loving friends about what happened. I think of you everyday and hope that this time away with The Man will help. My man is always telling me I don't need my cat, I can love him all the time!! I love Him , but I still love my cat. Have a good time while you're away. Love ya, Judy

hey Connie... Glad to hear you're going away for a few days, you really do need it after everything. I just can't get the picture of your cat out of my head. And yes, something needs to be done with that dog. I know what you mean about the protein. If I eat it first, I am full almost immediately. And yes, 'the man' is a keeper.
