probably crazy...
I am so ready for people to stop telling me everything is going to be ok, life will get back to normal, it will get easier with time and all that.
I get that they want to help me feel better and be supportive but buy me a cup of coffee, a book, a flower, anything but please make them STOP saying these things to me.
I tried to read the posts and have a few things to say...LOL
Love the paulie the wonder bird stories...I can almost see them as cartoon strips.
Marilyn I hope you are able to get test results quickly and accurately! How emotional!!!
Martha I LOVE that you are the "gramma" now!
Reenie I hope you are recovering well and taking it easy!
hmmm...that seems to be all I can remember right now...
is that common for my short term memory to be complete crap??? I had to look for like an hour to find my daughter's soccer uniform tonight...and while I loved cleaning the bedroom in the process it would have been nicer to just remember where I put it.
I am supposed to go back to work on wednesday but I just don't know if I can be a good teacher yet, my kindergarteners know that my mom was sick and in the hospital but I don't know if they were told about her passing or not. I don't want to upset any of them either.
ok...thanks for letting me whine
oh...I wouldn't recommend the stress and worry diet but I have now lost 8 pounds...
my mom would be so proud! LOL
she was upset about the weight I gained back.

Paulie the wonder bird story just for you...
I do not swear. Especailly with a toddler bird *****peats something that he has heard only once and might not repeat it until many months later...
At Easter it was very noisey with a house full of people all ages yakking up a storm and all my little animals making their assorted contributions. Paulie who usually is the king bird was sitting quietly through it all. By 9pm everyone had left and it was just my sister mom and me sitting there talking about the day.
Tweety my tiny little ****atiel finally had her chance to be heard. She kept repeatedly saying over and over and over again "Tweetys a Pretty bird" As the night when on she got louder and louder. Nothing would quite her. Not her favorite cracker or a piece of corn on the cob. That tiny bird hadnt' had a chance all day of anyone hearing her and she needed her time!
It really was histerical to see and hear so My sister pulled her camcorder out to get pictures of it.
As the camcorder was rolling Tweety was yelling and Paulie had had enough. He started muttering and I could not believe it when I listened!
Paulie my sweet African grey needed his beak washed out with soup! He was muttering "shut the F**k up"!!!!!
\sure enough later on we put the video on tv and you can hear him. \guess thats one video that wont make it to americas most funniest videos!
