No Gold Star on April 9th.
I fell off of the wagon on Wed. I ate a breakfast with grits, eggs, bacon and toast, I then ate a donut and a candy bar on the trip home, but I drank all my water, kept a journal, and took my vitimins. On Thursday I got back on the plan. I will continue to do this and gradually add on to my plan. I feel so much better about myself. You all have really helped me. Just being accountable on this board has really made me want to get those gold stars !! And I have gotten 9 gold stars in 10 days. Judy
Well...let me ask you...did you eat the entire breakfast? If you had a bite here and a piece there, I don't think you did so bad. I am a firm believer in NOT depriving yourself of anything, but to eat in moderation. I'm not a fan of the donut, or of candy bars in general, but my tip would be to get those Power Crunch Protein bars and keep one in your purse. Very satisfying and tastes like a wafer cookie.
You are doing amazingly wonderful in your stars program....keep us posted!

skinny people have bad days too. then they get back on track. my daughter the size 2 will have treats and not obsess over it. when i complain that i've had a cookie she says only one? thats not bad. just don't have another one for a week or so. i'm trying to allow myself treats instead of insisting that i'm "bad".
does that make sense?
