Back to Basics!
Today I logged into www.fitday.com its been so long since I've been on that site that I had forgotten my password and name! so I created a whole new me!
I entered all that I had eaten today. It wasn't as bad as I thought!
Then I entered the excersize that I do. You know that surprised me too! Im doing an hour total per day. 1/2 walking and 1/2 workout.
It felt good to do those things.
I'm not going to swear to anything but right now I feel good.
