Reenie - How's the jump roping coming?

Reenie, I was curious about the jump roping. I've wanted to try doing that but am afraid that I won't be able to. silly isn't it? Plus I do not have anyplace to do it other than right out there in front of my condo complex. It's a show that I can not imagine having anyone want to watch. All I can picture is someone in their window with a video camera trying to make 10k on americans videos.

Haven't done it in a couple of weeks, we're in a bad place (again) at home. I say FLAUNT your ability to jump, who cares whether or not you can jump with a rope! I remember so clearly the first time I spontaneously jumped off the floor after I had lost some weight - I couldn't believe I could clear the floor, after all those years of barely being able to lift my foot up. Jump, girl. Jump! Reenie
