day 5
wel lI did t e5 days and feel great...I lost 7 pounds!
and basically decided I can and will do liquids all day at work and then have my meal at home with the family!
I will measure everything out and be done!
no more snacks unless it is a protein shake and lets see what happens...I am now off to break my scale addiction@@
maybe every other day!
now gotta up the exeercise and I will be well on my way! to my goal!
