what a day
i did fantastic yesterday and really good this morning. it all went down hill when the office "cook" brought in the most amazing cookies. arggggg
i only had one but then when i went on the road there was an issue i had to take care of and just could not take the time to pull over to eat my lunch so i grabbed a low carb babel at dunkin had 1/2 of that. that held me for a while when i needed to get things done.
i dont care that they call it a low carb bagel maybe its only 29 carbs instead of 30 but when you crash from one its just as if it was a regualr bagel. at the time it was the only choice i had. i could not take time to go to different stores i needed to get thejob done.
tomorrow i am going to pack emergency cheese sticks.
i've decided not to beat myself up over the downward spiral that happened today. i've stopped the spiral and have learned to bring some different easier things to eat that are better for me.
tomorrow is another day!
Hey the important thing is you only ate 1 cookie. That is a
good thing. I would not worry too much about that bagel as if
you might have eaten 5 or 6 cookies. I have been stressin this
week & have had a few more cookies then 1. So I know how that
works. I also had my thumb torn up the other day by a cat that
one of my dogs got a hold of & tried to save it's life & did, but, it thanked me by cutting my thumb to pieces in the mean
time & working with a very sore & cut thumb has been a little
hard to do.
