snow...i am such a baby

here in connecticut it is snowing. i hate the snow. i have a very real terror of driving in it. what is my profession? sales. i drive all day to visit my customers its snowing in connecticut. i am not driving. i am sitting in my den watching the news and panicing that i am not at work. i'm only 4 months at the new job. they know that i am very good at what i do. i've brought the numbers up from the rep before me. they know that i will do what i have to do to keep my customers happy. i get the job done. but its snowing in connecticut. i am making phone calls i am checking emails i am trying very hard not to panic. i will in an hour when the snow slows down and clear the car off. i will start it and try to drive it. i always do. my old company knew how i was and respected me i'm sure that this place will be just as good but this first year i was so hoping that it wouldnt' snow that much. its snowing in connectiut and i'm afraid. i'm such a big 55 year old baby.

Aww, Pamela, don't feel bad. I'm 36 and won't drive in the rain. Snow would be so out of the question that it ain't funny! I feel for you and with you. Hang on Darlin'! Summer is coming!

Hey After what I saw in the Packer Game on Sunday I would be scared too!! That is exactly why I left Northern Nevada as I did not do snow. It does snow occasionally in Kingman, but, ususally melts before too long. I can handle that!!Just not Lots!! Yeah Chargers!!!!!!!Upset of the season. Now it's New England's turn to be upset!! Pam, I hate this weather. I tried to drive to work and spun out three times before I turned around to head back home. I managed to do this all in a mile's worth of driving. One mile. Since I lost the weight, I've become so intolerable of the cold. I hate it. This is a major reason why I'm thinking to relocate. Just be safe and do what you have to do. It is a beautiful day today, though, right? The sun is shining and I have to admit the snow covering the trees is just beautiful. Eeezzz all good! Reenie

Reenie dear, come join Connie, Marilyn and me here in AZ! If you don't keel over from the heat the first year you'll aclimate and do just fine. We had some snow on our local mountains last week or so but it didn't last long. We get rain and some of the most glorious storms in Monsoon season. Mother Nature sure puts the show of for us desert dwellers!
