Day one! so far so good!
Ok so I am doing the 5 day pouch test...
so far so good...I had a protein shake for breakfast it was ok LOL
It is the muscle milk light chocolate mint and I do like it!
I am drinking decaf coffee and water off and one I need to fini**** before 10 so that I stop drinking 1/2 hour before my lunch!!
Lunch will be another shake and I will warm some broth to bring back to the room with me for after lunch ...
ok...journaling time is over ha ha for me and the kids...that 3 minutes foes fast...

Mine went well today. I planned my lunches and dinners for the first 3 days of this wee****pt to what I had planned all day and tonight and eating the dinenr I planned too.
I made awonderful turkey chili. Its very filling.
I drank lots of water today and 2 decaf coffees along with 1 decaf hot tea. i sure have visited the ladies room alot. in the morning i will do my daily weigh in can't help it i have to.
I know chances are the scale will not move tomorrow but i' mhopeful that by the end of the week it will!
