DAY ONE REPORT, 4 LBS. GONE!!
Well, Joy - I DID IT! I stayed on my high-protein plan yesterday and in 24 hours, I have lost 4 lbs. Of course, this must be lots of water, but I feel so much better today and will stick to this today as well. Here's what I ate yesterday, I didn't try to do "meals" rather ate something when I was hungry: 1 egg w/half slice cheese, scrambled, w/1 lite sausage link; 1 cheese stick; handful dry roasted nuts; 1 hamburg patty w/2 green pepper strips, and leaf lettuce; 1/2 cottage cheese w/5 grape tomatoes. At night, I indulged in a wonderfully warm cup of sugar-free hot cocoa. I also did my 3-4 mile walk and had lots of fun with my pony (who almost killed me because she spooked at our shadows...she's still such a baby!) Hope this helps, guys. WE CAN DO THIS! Reenie
Happy Monday Morning Reenie!
I woke up this morning and said this is IT!
I had a nice cup of decaf tea relaxed for alittle bit due to snow then
had 1 & 1/2 eggs with slice of cheese. NO toast
I'm stuffed for now.
I'm going with the mainly protein diet today. cut back big time yesterday too with carbs.
I met a guy friend yesterday at the mall for lunch. Had a hamburger with cheeze and bacon ate half of that was full. He is in awe of my beautimus! He might be a keeper. gotta wait and see.
What i've done is also gone back to the water load 15 minutes before a meal like Dr A had told me to do years ago. It does help. duh. do ya think he knows what he's talkin bout? yeaaaaaaa double duh.
this morning when i weighed in while not having lost anything since last week i am glad that i am down the 3 pounds still from the holidays.
now to get rid of the remaining extra 15 that i want to lose.
