Hello Ladies!!!

Hello ladies, I have not been on the message board for several weeks. It sounds like you all are doing good so far this year. I have been out of school for 16 days and tomorrow is my first day back. Part of the time I tried to do right , but we went to Pigeon Forge , Tn. for 3 days and I ate everything under the sun!! I weigh the most I've weighed in over 3 years. *207 !!! I know when I go back to work tomorrow it's going to be stressful, because one of my staff that has been with me for over 10 years transfered to another department, because of a pay raise. So, I will have to train a new girl in the coming weeks. I have tried not to stress over this too much, but I have to face this tomorrow. Also , next week will be when we find out of if the harmone shot has lowered Charles' PSA. Since we got back home on Thursday afternoon , I have been on a low carb , high protein diet now for 3 days and we joined a gym that is across the road in front of my house in Dec. We worked out so far 8 times. I still get sore everytime. My plan for the new year is to come home from work and go straight to the gym and work out. I told my husband to be ready everyday and we will do this instead of eating a snack. I want to wish all of you well and hope that 2008 will be a good year. Love ya, Judy

Life's hard, Judy. I'm glad to see you back and posting. Listen, both my brothers-in-law were diagnosed with prostate cancer this last year. Both are doing very well, in total remission. Let us know how Charle's is doing, but know that even if he has to undergo treatment and/or surgery, there's plenty of reason to be very hopeful! Stay positive, sweetheart, it's what I love most about you! Reenie
