I've gotten lacks at keeping track of food. i've got to go back to weighing an measuring everything. it seems as if i'mnot eating that much at all but when i write it down its much more than i ever thought of. plus the new job is one of those were there is always food all over the place. AND its the holiday eating frenzy season. We have one guy there who creates the most awesomeist desserts. While I stay away from sugar I will have a taste. Just one taste ends up being a whole cookie. Not good. It has made me realize that I can eat one cookie with sugar in it. If I can hae one then I test it with two. NOT GOOD! All those extra one or two cookies adds up to alot of calories that I do not need. It takes away from my protein that I do need. I'm also finding that when I come homeat night I'm starving. I am snacking when I prepare my meals then not as hungry. Thats a very bad habit that I've got to stop. The pouch still works for me most of the time but I can eat small amounts. nibble across the daytime. its all useless calories. I guessyou can tell that its coming up to the beginning of a new year and I'm preparing my resolution list! of course thisyear will be no different than all the otehr years dieitng will be at the top!

Hi Pam Take the word diet out of your world & just make changes that will help the everyday life. If you use diet in your world it makes us fail. It is just one of those things. I stopped obsessing over that dumb scale & started losing again. So go figure. Ladybug Marilyn
