236 again & going down-Yippee!!

Hi My Friends Have no clue why I am losing weight again, but, I am. This a.m was 236 after being 240 plus a week or so ago. Maybe cause I gave up the high calorie coffee drinks (Starbuck's) or maybe being back with Billy, yup back big time with Billy. ( I no TMI) But whatever it is I am back in the 230's again & liking it lots!! Haven't seen them for a very long time. Maybe not obsessing over the scale anymore, probably has more to do with than anything. Hope your Holidays are filled with lots of good health. I am still working 2 jobs & possibly losing my dogs for good in the next 5 days,(crying lots over that one) but, I am still very greatful for all that has come my way this year. Hey, I'm so glad you're losing again!! Wish I could!! I just go up and down!! I am so sorry about your dogs. I miss not having one so bad, but I just don't want to lose another one, because I always love them too much. My sister told me the other day that at my age (59) a dog would probably out live me now anyway !! That was supposed to make me feel better????? I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!! Judy
