Checking In

Hi Guys, I haven't posted in a while. I just wanted to check in and say I am thrilled to report that I am now 11 months sober and very active in AA. Thank God. Life is good! I am also happy to report that I have not cross-addicted back to food (!) or anything else, and my weight is 6 pounds less than it was two years ago! I feel so blessed that I had this surgery and the life it has given me. I am looking forward to Thanksgiving tomorrow and will enjoy seeing my two beautiful grandchildren, three and six years old! I am grateful for you guys and hope that your holiday is blessed with good health and good company. Love to all, Karen
