Hi Joanne - what a lovely photograh of you! Welcome to our Board - we're a little quiet these days but you'll not find a more supportive group of people. I haven't started this 5-day pouch test yet, have you? I tried to start on Friday, and then again on Sunday, but I chickened out, got cold feet. I made sure I had all the stuff in the house, but I'm so afraid of setting myself up for failure. Let us know if you've started it and how it's going for you.
