Me again, Starting over!!!!

Well, I'm starting over again Monday morning!! Charles and I went to Pigeon Forge , Tn. this week end and I ate soooooooooooo much junk, I can't believe it. I feel so bad. I know better than to eat carbs, but you all know how I am , one bite and I'm off the wagon all together. I'm not cooking for Thanksgiving Dinner at home, we had our big day at school last Thursday. I always buy Charles a plate there and that suits him fine. Y'all have a great week. Judy
