Prayers for My Dogs Needed!!

Hi All I got home to a phone call last night from my Ex that his Brother-in-law had taken my dogs to the animal shelter in Kingman because he was leaving town for a job. He claimed it was a no-kill type place, as soon as I heard the address of where they were I knew it was animal control. Not only my dogs, but my Ex's sister's dog was going to be put to sleep by this idiot. NOTTTTT going to happen. Anyway after many phone calls to many people got a hold of Animal Control myself this A.M. and Yes, they did have my dogs & they will be safe till Monday when my Ex's mother will be back from Minnisota & pick them up. Now I am still worried about them as they don't have a clue why they are there & this should have never happened in the first place if Tom would have called me or my Ex a week ago we would have made arrangement to get the dogs somewhere else as quickly as we could. I am pissed & need a few prayers that this goes as planned to get my Dogs back out of Doggie Jail. They did not deserve this & Can't get up there till next week. My Ex is 30 miles away & you would think he could have dealt with this a whole lot better than me being 350 miles away. I this is part of the reason he is an Ex, Ya Think. I am beside myself & just am looking for someone to have a yard here in San Diego so I can bring them here. I hate being this far away from them & will find someway to rectify this soon. I just said a prayer for you and your dogs. I don't have a dog now, and probably never will have another one, because I always love them too much and it hurts so bad when something happens to them. Yesterday when I was coming home from work I called my sister (she lives next door to me) and told her I needed real bad to love a little dog, so I was coming to her house to see her little Boston Terrior, Gizmo. Marilyn, Sounds like your ex and his brother-in-law are a couple of jackasses. I guess looking on the bright side, at least the brother-in-law didn't just take off and leave the dogs to starve and at least your ex called you to let you know what was going on. Probably doesn't make you feel better, but at least things aren't as bad as they could be. Having said all that, I'd neuter anyone who did that to my dogs. I'm glad your babies are going to be OK and they'll sure be glad to see you when you can make it back to Kingman. Hugs, Connie

Yeah Connie, If I ever See Tom the BIL again he will be neutered for sure. or damn well killed. My other Mom had to cut her trip short & come home for this & is not too happy about all this either as it affects her dogs as well as 4 all together. This Boy better never lay his feet back in Kingman anytime soon. They will be picked up on Monday and all is fine for now accept they don't no why they are in doggie Jail & I am sure wonder why I have not come & got them out yet. I no when they see their other Mom ( Gramma, to them) they will be just fine. I do no this has been one long weekend & until I here they are finally out of there, then I can relax.
