I'M VERY WORRIED ABOUT CONNIE
Not to worry, I'm still alive and kicking. Reenie, thanks so much for calling to check up on me. I feel loved. As I told Reenie today, I'm going mach 5 with my hair on fire and alligators snapping at my ass. These last few weeks, I've been back and forth across the country at conferences, took a one week training boot camp for Project Management, am still doing the work of at least two people at the Salt Mine and somewhere in there... finished the hardwood floors in the bedroom. I'm exhausted.
I'm finally coming to accept that my back just isn't going to last much longer. I haven't been able to exercise in a long time due to pain and I'm feeling very pudgy. I finally got to the hospital tonight to get an MRI so we'll see if there is surgery in my future. OH, yeah... I almost forgot... there is surgery in my future. First week of October I'll be going in for bladder surgery. My bladder gets a swing. Woohoo! After that, we'll see about back surgery.
So this Saturday, I'll be in Maui. Finally! A vacation! After months of 12 and 14 hour days, I'm due.
Big, big hugs!
