Just Because

Wanted to post, just because.... Had my two week check up yesterday and I'm doing pretty well. Drains are all gone, whoopee! Now I know what men go through with readjusting themselves all the time. Everytime I stood up, I had to grab my crotch and readjust the drain hose to keep it from pulling on my skin. I was a big hit in restaurants. Still lots of swelling around the elbow area, in spite of my good behavior the last few days. Doc advises a few more days off because of the work I do so I'm going to call the office and see what's going on and if I can take a few more days without half of my staff quitting. Things have been rough for some of them because they've had to pick up the slack in my absence and they're not too pleased. They did send me a wonderful coffee pot that grinds the beans and all but drinks the coffee for me so I guess they're not too mad at me. I have to admit that if nothing else, this latest surgery has me drinking tons of water again. When I came out of surgery, they let me start ice chips right away and then water about an hour later. I've been drinking non-stop since then. They sent me home with one of those plastic mugs with the big straw and it's been my constant companion. So.... anything new going on with you guys?
