What do you eat now that you are two years out?

Hey guys! I havent posted in forever but i have been checking every few months. I am down 140lbs but still struggling with the last 40. I have been stuck between 202 and 210 for a long time now. I am going to start exercising again and I just want some ideas of what you eat. I am so bored with the usual. Any ideas would be so helpful. Thanks!!

HI Ladonna Here is what I have had to eat today: 3 cups coffee w/ creamer (half decaf) 45 oz. of water vitamins 2 egg & chesse biscuits 4 PB Crackers 3 oz. hamburger patty w slice of cheese 1 protein shake another 20 oz. water 20 min of treadmill Nightime is alway my worse & I hope can stay away ffrom the munchie wagon tonight. This is the first time I have had this much water in a long time. so hopefullly that will keep from eating so much later. I am working on trying to de-carb. I no the crackers & biscuit were not helping, but, i did not eat all of the breading & the 2 of them were spread over a couple of hours. My big problem is too much coffee. I am having a cup right now as we speak. Hope this helps you some what. Marilyn, the Bearlady

LaDonna, how are you doing? I'm trying to get as many Marchers 2004 folks as possible to post a four-year anniversary update. Listen, those of us still active on the board are all struggling and we need each other to figure out how to keep this weight off! Please post and let us know how you're doing.
