emotional eating forum

Hi gang! I just signed up for the emotional eating class/forum that is starting 3/24. I think they are offered pretty continuously. If you check the main board, there is a post near the top from Amy Williams telling about it. I don't think of myself as an 'emotional' eater, but I figure this is a resource and I will make use of it. The class is online and is available 24/7 for a 10 day period. Hugs, Mo

Mary, If you didn't make it in, this session closed, but I think they run pretty much every 2 weeks or so, so watch the main board, usually Amy Williams puts a post that is tacked on the top so it doesn't scroll down. Hugs, Mo
