I just recieved this in my mail this Morning, I had to share it with all the Marchers, I hope everyone is doing well, and you all are just a little Healthier, and whole lot more informed after reading this....I am! Thanks for sharing this--it makes perfect sense and it clears up the "issue of, is my pouch stretching?" Thanks for sharing--this is why i come to this board!!!! Terry

Hi Mary!!! From the very beginning my doctor has told me that as I get farther out my pouch and digestive system will become more 'efficient' at processing what is put into it. I think that is basically what the above says, but in slightly different terms! I still have trouble with quantities, I can't eat much .. especially if it is something 'dense', but unfortunately I have a tolerance for 'junk' so I have to be very careful about what goes into my mouth. Great post, Mary. It addresses more than just issues concerning weight gain; we must be very diligent about our health because of the way our systems were overhauled. I admit, I worry about this. Thanks so much for sharing this very important information. I had no idea. Maureen

Thank you for this info. I had not heard it before, I have been one of those "getting away" with eating junk. Just now noticing a few pounds creeping on. Wish I had know this before...maybe it would have helped...but at the least I know now. Thank you Thank you. Donna
