My two year anniv work out.
I feel so bad that I have not been around this board since April 2004, I snoop secretly once in a while to see how all my alumni are doing (Very well by the way, you all have changed so much
); any way, Long time since I have been here; I figured on my two year WLS anniversary I would post my workout. Had a great day wine tasting with my lovely wife (Had to pick up our wine club shipment, so we had to taste), watched golf, ate cookies and just finished a great workout; my arms are so tight I can barely type.
I post this because the thought of doing this two years ago would have killed me, I would have just ate the cookies, drank the wine, then had some ice cream to wa**** down.

HI MIkee, & wow sounds like that work-out is quite something. I managed
a walk yesterday that was my work-out so I am sure that is the reason for
your high calorie intake at this point. I would lose the Starbucks & the
cookies & the wine & you might keep losing, otherwise you might actaully
start gaining that weight back. Even with those workouts. Keep smiling
& don't be such a stranger.
