My 2 year Anniversary today!

I lurk here quite a bit and have gained so much wisdom from all of you. Two years ago my life changed forever! I've lost 185 lbs., but have gained a new body, new spirit and new life! I can run and play with my 6 year old, I can keep up with LIFE! I've got a lower body lift and breast lift with implants scheduled for April 27th and I'm scared to death of the pain and recovery. I still have good days and bad days with eating, but the good far outweigh the bad. Looking forward to hearing everyone else's stories! Karen 364/179/150

Karen, you have done so well and you are so pretty! Good luck with your reconstructive work; the breast lift is a breeze and you will be amazed at the results (although I didn't opt for the implants - I so wanted little boobies for the first time in my life!). Take it easy on the LBL recovery, its a tough one. I've hardly had any pain, truly; its more a total loss of energy and you just can't do too much because it's so tight all the way around your mid-section. But the pain is very tolerable.
