My 2nd anniversary will be on thursday march 20, 2006. I'm so excited like it is a birthday coming! Of course there won't be any presents but i did get the big gift almost 2 years ago. that was the gift of a longer, healthier, happier, more active life. what more could I want? Even now I will come across pictures of the old me. They make me stop for a minute to try to remember who that person was. Even though I was smiling I was very unhappy. Who could be happy not being able to breath, sleep, walk up and down stairs, do anything that I saw 50 million other people do without even thinking. We have some new people at work who didn't know the old me. One of them stopped at my desk and while we were talking asked who the woman was in the picture on my desk. Well I said why thats me almost 2 years ago. He said WHAT! No way! hahaha I enjoyed that. I've taken to carrying an old picture in case I bump into people and talk comes around to weight loss. Now as far as presents...I think I'll start looking at what I might like to get myself for the big day!
