Where are you guys?!?!?!?

Present and accounted for! I too have been freaky busy. I had to travel out of town last week for work and unexpectly had to spend the night. The hotel I usually stay at in this area is a resort town with the bulk of business coming during the summer months. Anyway, when stay there in the winter they give me a suite with a fireplace and an in-room hot tub. On my last appointment of the day, I met with an attractive woman of my age group. As we concluded our business discussion, I told her it was a shame that my wife couldn't be with me as I had a big room to myself and then followed it up with the question of what was going on in town and I wanted to avoid the young kid, meat market places. I informed her that I was looking for a place with some TV's so I could catch some sports and have some dinner before going back to my room. Now, that all seemed harmless to me, but she told me that she was going to go to her second job, and that I could join her there until she was done and she could take advantage of the big room too. Now, you have to understand I have been with my wife for 20 years, 17 of those in marriage so I'm a bit slow on the uptake. I must have turned 50 shades of red, and I quickly bolted. The point ot all of this isn't that I didn't take her up on the offer or even consider it, but the fact it was even put out there. I had a good chuckle in the car, and reminded myself to word things better from now on. By the way, before you place a halo on my head, I would be a liar if I didn't have an "Animal House" moment as I drove to my room. For those of you who have seen the movie you know what I mean. Remember, the angel on one side and the devil on the other? Didn't take too much of a discussion with myself to listen to the angel, but I had to be honest with you guys. It is just funny how two year ago not only would that offer not been made, she probably would have suggested an all you can eat buffet.

Your right, I did but the difference in last year is that I went to a bar on a night a live band was playing. This was a situation in which, after thinking about what I said, I can see how she misunderstood me. I said that I was sorry my wife wasn't with me with the intent of just that, I was sorry my wife wasn't with me. Obviously, she took it as, I was alone and looking for company. As I replayed the whole conversation over in my head, I can see how the conversation went the wrong way for her. It was really kinda of funny in the end. Nope, I am now fully conviced that if somebody is out to cheat, it wouldn't be difficult to find a willing party. And I know I'm no Brad Pitt, but I do believe a lot of it has to do with the confidence out now have compared to when I was concerned if people were looking at me to see if my fat butt was going to break the chair I was sitting in. Also, I have always been a bit of a flirt, but I just need to be careful.
