Thank you Dear Friends!!
Thank you for all the encouragement!! I haven't been on my home computer for the last couple of days and it was so good to hear from all of you. Yesterday and today I have eaten right. So, I'm doing better. I had my mammogram at 11 this morning and then had an appointment with my gynecologist at 12 (didn't get in to see her till 1 ) for my yearly check up. Not a really fun day!! My doctor is a little tiny woman and she is so sweet. She never fuses at me about my weight. She told me I had come too far to gain the weight back. She told me what I already know. Eat small protien meals with very little carbs. I go back to my WLS surgeon in Oct. for my check up. I weigh 10 pounds more now than I did last Oct. when I was at his office, so I'm going to be realistic and set a new goal to lose it by Oct. 1 st. I know I can do this. More if I really get with the program, but I'm just going to try for 10 pounds and if I lose more I'll take that, too. Tomorrow is a new day and we can do this together!!
Love Ya, Judy
Every day that you commit to giving the beautiful person you are away to the rest of the world, is a day that you will not gain weight; is a day that you will maintain your health, vitality, passion, and zest for living - who's got time to obssess about food when you're living that sort of life! I challenge everyone on this board to think about what they did today that made a difference in someone's life when they go to bed tonight, rather than think about what they ate or didn't eat. I'm convinced that if we live our lives in this manner, we will see a huge shift away from food and toward wonderful life experiences in the postings we see on this board. LIVE, Judy, LIVE - I'm walking beside you all the way...love ya, sweetie - Reenie
