Plateau Diet?????? :-)
Hi Julie;
I'm afraid that I can't help you with the plateau diet. I just wanted to welcome you to our community and invite you to be active. You are certainly welcome to lurk, but don't be afraid to join in. The people here are friendly and non-judgemental and we welcome input from everyone. The more people who post, the more we all benefit. Thanks for posting.

Wow Joanie! I just looked at your profile and you look AMAZING!!!!!! I would still like to lose 50 more pounds. I have been stuck around 200 it seems like forever((( But I was at 350 (and that wasnt even my heaviest) and I am soooooooo thankful for how far I have come, I just need an extra kick in the behind!!!
I had surgery on March 14 2004...................I need to figure out how to update everything on my profile.
Thanks for the reply!
Julie
I do not know anything about it either. But I joined picturetrails.com and added my link to a weight loss journey folder. My wedding pics are there too. www.picturetrials.com/catladycherish
Hi Julie,
Welcome aboard!! We were a day apart on our wls & I am also stuck
above that darn 200 lbs. I was over 350 at my heaviest as well & I
think our bodies tend to stick where it is comfortable. We really have to
kick ourselves to get our metabolism to move and re-set its thinking so
we can get below it. I have been really bad lately myself, but, I no that
protein & low-carb should do it with lots of exercise & water. The basics
are what will get us there, we just have to do it. I am starting the new Year with a NEW ATTITUDE & WE WILL WIN THIS BATTLE. As Mike, said
don't be afraid to post. We need everybody on this board to succeed.
