I can see the 8's from here
this morning i've lost another pound. i've not lost this much in ages. its nice to be at a point where i can see and feel a difference. its only 4 pounds but hey its 4 pounds! my clothes are fitting me better why is it that 4 pounds can make a difference? thats not that much weight. but it is making a difference. i feel like i just might see my size 8's again. they are calling me from the closet. pammmmmmeeeeeee we're here waiting for you! don' tthrow us away we love you pammmemeeeeeee come to us stay away from the cookies.
i had started to use the atkins protein shakes again for breakfast. have you ever smelled or eaten something that can take you back to a memory? well the strawberry atkins protein shake does it for me. puts me right back to day 4 in the hospital trying to drink 8oz of that stuff before they'd let me go home. it took me all day to get 8 oz down. drinking...NO sipping those little bitty 30cc cups. you can't really call them a cup now can you? that 30cc's is more like a big tablespoon than a cup!
i was bad...i took most of it into the bathroom...i wanted so bad to go home!
today for breakfast is the chocolate one! yum I've saved that one all week.
